When placing an order, please include the following information:
- Your name, phone and fax numbers
- The end-user’s name , phone and fax numbers
- The VAT Number for European countries
- Purchase order number
- Shipping and invoicing addresses
- Euriso-Top catalogue code and product name
- Quantity and isotopic enrichment required
- Catalogue price or Euriso-Top quotation number with date given
- Special instructions for packaging and/or shipping.
Conditions of Sales
- All prices are in Euros, CHF or US$, and are exclusive of state or local taxes.
- Most quotes are valid for 30 days unless specified otherwise.
Payment terms
Net 30 days from invoice date, unless stated otherwise. Past due invoices will be subject to a 1.3% per month service charge (15.6% per annum).
Shipping and delivery
- We try to be as cost effective as possible, but the carrier may place additional charges.
- We will oblige your shipping instructions whenever it is feasible to do so.
- Shipping charges may apply according to the total amount of the order or to comply with transportation regulations.
Discounts
- Special prices will be quoted on request for large orders.
Return Shipment
- Claims may be made within 30 days after receipt of the product.
- Returns may be made within 30 days of shipment with the prior approval of Euriso-Top.
- According to the technical data sheet, the buyer is responsible for approving the quality and quantity of any product within the 30-day period stated above.
