Intact Proteins & Protein Standards

Ubiquitin and maltose binding protein (MBP) are among several isotope-enriched proteins that are widely used as reference standards for biomolecular NMR.

Protein NMR standards are sufficiently concentrated and pure to give rise to strong reliable signals, which is ideal when optimizing parameters or assessing new or modified pulse sequences. These standards are also excellent in assessing spectrometer performance and for training purposes.

Protein standards are packaged in Eppendorf tubes or in Norell® NMR tubes.
