NSK-A — Amino Acid Reference Standards
A set of 10 vials of a dry mixture of 12 isotopically labeled amino acids: Alanine, Arginine, Aspartate, Citrulline, Glutamate, Glycine, Leucine, Methionine, Ornithine, Phenylalanine, Tyrosine, and Valine. Accurate and complete reconstitution of one vial in 1 mL of high-purity solvent produces the concentrated amino acid stock standard.
NSK-B — Free Carnitine & Acylcarnitine Reference Standards
A dry mixture of eight isotopically labeled free carnitine and acylcarnitines: Carnitine (CN), Acetylcarnitine (C2), Propionylcarnitine (C3), Butyrylcarnitine (C4), Isovalerylcarnitine (C5), Octanoylcarnitine (C8), Myristoylcarnitine (C14), and Palmitoylcarnitine (C16).
NSK-B-G1 — Supplemental Acylcarnitine Standards
A supplemental mixture to NSK-B, containing five additional isotopically labeled acylcarnitines: Dodecanoylcarnitine (C12), Glutarylcarnitine (C5-DC), Hydroxyisovalerylcarnitine (C5-OH), Hydroxypalmitoylcarnitine (C16-OH), and Octadecanoylcarnitine (C18).
NSK-A-TS & NSK-B-TS — MS/MS Tuning Standards
Designed to complement QA/QC procedures: ensuring peak sensitivity, monitoring performance from the first to the last sample and between runs, comparing instruments across laboratories, and evaluating performance before and after maintenance.
NSK-T — Succinylacetone Reference Standards
Contains isotopically labeled succinylacetone (SUAC), used for lab-developed tests involving Tyrosinemia Type 1. Reconstitution of one vial in 1 mL of high-purity solvent produces the concentrated stock standard.
NSK-S-CAH — Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia Standards
A calibrator for screening, diagnosis, and monitoring of metabolic disorders, providing a defined concentration of 17α-Hydroxyprogesterone, 4-Androstene-3,17-dione, 11-Deoxycortisol, 21-Deoxycortisol, and Cortisol. Used with MS/MS, LC/MS, or GC/MS to measure steroid concentrations in plasma, blood spots, urine, and other bodily fluids.
NSK-A-US — Amino Acid Unlabeled Standards
A dry mixture of the same 12 unlabeled amino acids as NSK-A, for use as a native reference alongside the isotopically labeled set.
NSK-B-US — Carnitine & Acylcarnitine Unlabeled Standards
A dry mixture of the same eight unlabeled free carnitine and acylcarnitines as NSK-B, for use as a native reference alongside the isotopically labeled set.
